If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Our support team will investigate this issue and confirm if it was inactive upon delivery and work directly with our suppliers to provide a replacement. However, if the code has already been redeemed, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

We often receive reports from customers involving sites like Paxful, Noones.com, or similar platforms, where gift cards are redeemed and inaccessible. In such cases, we are unable to verify the validity of the claim or offer support, as these issues stem from unauthorized third-party involvement.
