For returning an item, first read our Return Policy to make sure that your item is eligible for return as given below criterea.

  • Products must be in their original condition and brand packaging, seal pack, tags should be intact
  • Products must be unused, unaltered, unsoiled condition with their original tags
  • Products exchanges will be made on the availability of that item.
  • Orders or individual products cannot be returned to the Delivery Rider at your doorstep. Our Delivery Riders do not have the authority to process or receive order you wish to return or exchange.

  • If delivery packaging was not sealed and open or you notice that product is not safe in packaging
  • If there is size/color issue

  • If you have received a physically damage/defective product

  • If you have purchased items in sets, they are not acceptable as individully for exchange/return
  • Undergarments, lingerie, jewelry, sunglasses, watches, beauty products and other products which cannot be accept for resold, consumables like food, beverages and some sale products cannot be returned.

Return process

  • We always take care and ensure that you receive same as you have ordered. However, In case you need to return shipment package then you contact Tagchoice Customer Services Helpline via call, webchat, whatsapp, facebook, email or you can post return from your account section.
  • Customer services representative will note your order number, complaint/reason for return and take necessary information while hearing to you and will send a representative to collect package from your door step within 3 working days or will guide you steps.
  • After examining the package Tagchoice representative will inform you through email, sms or by call and further process. Payments will be made as quickest way as a voucher, bank transfer can take 3 to 4 working days.


Types of Warranties

  • For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable). For more information on warranty claims please view our warranty policy.

  • Brand Warranty: This limited warranty will apply to the products. For product defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Brand will provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. TagChoice.com will not take any responsibility for the after-sale services.
  • Service warranty: Tag Choice will take the responsibility to get the product serviced from the vendor or customer may visit the vendor directly as well with the invoice paper to claim the warranty. Please note if any part of the product needs to be replaced for repairing under this warranty policy, customer will have to pay for that part.
  • Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, broken display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.



Q. What if I have changed my mind for returning and would like to retain the product?

A. You make a call us to cancel your return request. If replacement is already dispatched, you can reject replacement item when you received it.

Q. What if Tagchoice courier service doesn’t serve my location?

A. If we can't arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you through call and request you to return item via any courier service. We will refund your courier amount as a voucher, bank transfer or while replacement item delivery.

Q. What if product is non-functional/damage and can I claim warranty?

A. If your product is non-functional when you received it and return terms and conditions applicable, Call us at helpline number within 24 hours of Delivery for making return request.

After making request you can return it within 7 days as per policy. If return request not made within 24 hrs Tagchoice will not take responsibility. Products has a warranty will dispatched with a warranty card. To claim this warranty, you may contact the authorized service center of that brand using the details stated on this warranty card.

A. If your returned product is invalid, then we will inform you through call to clarify the matter. We will send back your item to your doorstep.
