Customer services representative will note your order number, complaint/reason for return and take necessary information while hearing to you and will send a representative to collect package from your door step within 3 working days or will guide you steps. After examining the package Tagchoice representative will inform you through email, sms or by call and further process. Payments will be made as quickest way as a voucher, bank transfer can take 3 to 4 working days.
A. You make a call us to cancel your return request. If replacement is already dispatched, you can reject replacement item when you received it.
